Wholesale Policy

All items are handmade and made to order.

Our current production time is 8-10 weeks before items are ready to ship. 

Order Minimums:  Our wholesale purchase minimum per orer is $300.00. Many jewelry styles have a 6 piece minimum whereas larger items like metal art have a 2 piece minimum. Each product listing includes minimum quantities. 

Payment: We accept all major credit cards. We ask that orders be paid in full when you order however, we do offer 50/50 financing. If you choose to defer total payment until ship time, you must enter your credit card details when you place your order. We will charge 50% of the total balance when the order is received and 50% BEFORE the order ships. Please enter these details carefully. If we do not receive your payment information at the same time you place your order - it will cancelled.  Your order must be paid in full before it will ship.

Shipping:  Smaller wholesale orders are consolidated and sent to our warehouse in Florida where they will then be parceled out and shipped via USPS. Larger wholesale orders will be shipped directly via DHL. Tracking will be provided when items have shipped. Ship times are generally 2-8 days after production. We are not responsible for customs or import fees. 

Because we work with over 70 metal artisans and multiple artisan groups, it is not uncommon to receive your order in several shipments as the artisans complete their portion of your order. If you would only like complete orders, please let us know and we will hold your items until the order is complete. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes  but are happy to offer shiping to APO boxes in order to accomodate our military serving abroad.

Returns: We cannot accept returns of goods due to the fact that we are shipping from Haiti. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items to submit any loss or refund claims.

Please remember that our products are “unapologetically handmade”. There will be variations in color, shape, and construction. These differences are celebrated as they are a mark of human hands touching every single piece.
